Canvas (Paintings only): The artist uses professional quality canvas (Archival-acid free) constructed with medium-weight cotton duck 1.5 inch gallery wrapped, with kiln-dried stretcher bars and held in place with a flexible spine. Paintings may be done on a different style canvas. See individual information for each painting for specific information. All paintings come with two loop hanging hardware.

Canvas (Prints only): Prints are created on canvas fabric specifically for printing and are stretched on real pine frames and come with custom edge designs. Prints are completed using appealing hues and solvent-free HP inks resistant to UV damage. See individual information for each print for specific information such as available sizes, specific edge designs and sheen. Upon request, prints may come with two loop hanging hardware.

Framing: All paintings and prints come unframed. See individual information provided for each painting or print for specific information regarding how the sides are finished, as some have the image that continues around the edge, some have a mirrored edge, some have black edges or a color edge, all of which are purposely completed to be aesthetically pleasing. For this reason, framing is not necessary. If you wish to have a painting or print framed, please seek out reputable framing companies. Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE does not assume any responsibility, including suggestions regarding framing and damage that may occur when it comes to your choice to frame.

Signature: The artist`s signature is included with all original paintings and prints. It is either located on the front or the side of the art. See individual information provided for each painting for this information. The artists signature is located at the front of all prints. The artists full name and date is located at the back of original paintings.

eGift Card: There are no physical plastic gift cards however a lovely pdf copy will be sent by email to you or by request to the recipient. The eGift Card can be printed for gift giving. The eGift Card comes with a unique code. The code provided must be presented at the time of redeeming; contact Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE by email to make a purchase using your eGift Card. Can be used towards any purchase including commissions. No activation fee, no service fee, no expiry. Any amount can be purchased.

Shipment: Shipping is available within Canada. Shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. If you wish to have a purchase sent to you or someone else, contact Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE to make this arrangement. The cost for shipping your purchase will be shared with you for approval. Your purchase will be sent safely and securely packaged upon agreeing to assume the shipping cost and when the cost of shipment has been received by Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE. When this payment has been received the artist will send the purchase within 5-10 days.

Pick up: If you wish to pick up the painting, print, handmade creations locally in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, contact Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE to make this arrangement.

Returns: Make sure you love the painting, print, handmade creations before you purchase it. Paintings, prints, handmade creations are not sold upon approval. Once a payment has been made, no returns, credits or exchanges are accepted including if it does not match your decor or you change your mind. If an item is damaged in shipping, please communicate this promptly within 2 days of receiving the item to Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE including a picture of the damaged item. Upon approval by Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE, the damaged item is to be returned and received by Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE at the buyers expense before a credit is applied or a full refund is made.

Commissions: Contact Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE to discuss your commission. Upon approval by you and Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE, an invoice will be prepared detailing cost, deposit, special instructions and timeline. 50% deposit is required before starting the project and the remaining balance due upon completion and sold on approval. The artist will work with you to create exactly what you want. This includes receiving pictures from you, ideas and themes, communication through emails, video chats, telephone calls if required. Progress pictures will be sent to you to discuss, make changes and update you. In the event that the art is not to your liking and the artist has tried to make several adjustments to meet your vision, a purchased can be revoked however the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE will keep the painting and hold the rights to the image and the art created. Paying in full or paying the balance owing before picking up the commission in this case means agreeing to purchase. Note that any requested changes to the initial agreed upon commission (items as listed on the invoice) is subject to additional costs.

Rights: Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE holds all rights to her images and original paintings including commissions. This includes Copyrights and the use of all Studio JULIE LAFRENIÈRE art for any purpose in the future without restrictions by Studio JULIE LAFREBIÈRE including when a painting has sold.
